传统格栅是由一组(或多组)相平行的金属栅条与框架组成,倾斜安装在进水的 渠道,或进水泵站集水井的进口处,以拦截污水中较大的悬浮物及杂质,保证后续处理构筑 物或设备的正常工作,而粉碎型格栅是在格栅中还设置破碎设备的一种用以粉碎悬浮杂质 的格栅。目前粉碎型格栅主要有以下两种 —、转鼓式粉碎型格栅,这种格栅是目前粉碎型格栅应用较多的设备。该设备利用 连续旋转的空心转鼓将污水中的较大杂物加以拦截并使之流入下游破碎机粉碎,污水则通 过空心转鼓壁上的网状空隙流过空心转鼓,达到增加过水量的要求。由于转鼓结构受刚度 和耐冲击强度要求的限制,该设备转鼓的直径大小和转鼓高度亦均受到限制,因而过水量 受到限制;同时由于空心转鼓为全圆型结构,水流两次流过转鼓壁,增加了水头损失,因此, 其仅适用于中等流量的场合。 二、转碟式粉碎型格栅,这种格栅由多个转轴构成。每个转轴上都装有旋转碟片, 与对应的转轴形成过滤面。通过转轴旋转,形成缓慢的传输动作,使固体物越过格栅表面并 被送到排放点,水从旋转碟片之间流过。在一个和*后一个转轴上装有独立的篦子,把拦 阻到的固体杂物排放回主河道或集污区。该设备虽然可通过增加转轴数量的方法来增加通 过水的流量,但结构复杂,零部件数量繁多,设备成本较高,同时维护困难。

the taskmaster can be supplied with a unique flange housing for inline installation. installed inline, this unit protects pumps from ragging, installs in sludge recirculation lines, and protects filter presses and centrifuges from damage or premature wear. its unique drop-in housing design facilitates fast and easy removal of the cutter assembly for periodic maintenance without disturbing the pipe system. additionally, both inline and channel units are supplied with a high-flow side rail design for high capacity.

the powerful titan® grinder
the spiralift® slt features a channel-mounted 12 inch (300 mm) diameter screen along with a taskmaster® titan® (tm14000 series) twin-shaft grinder to pre-condition solids. a stainless steel
channel divider separates screened liquids from solids- laden flow. the solids are directed to and captured by the spiralift screen, then discharged at
a suitable height, cleaned, compacted and homogeneous.
the spiralift® sld features a 16” (400 mm) channel screen coupled to a taskmaster titan duplex (tm14000d series) twin shaft grinder. the solids-laden flow is

the spiralift® slv is a unique fine screen that separates and conveys solids vertically. this unit combines the grinding technology of the taskmaster® tm8500 with a vertical channel screen to provide fine screening of solids entrained
in liquid flows.
because of its small footprint, the slv fits in extremely tight locations such as pump stations and wet wells. in fact, the slv fits where no other screen can be placed. the slv offers a unique split screen design for easy interior access for maintenance such as brush replacement without the removal of the unit from the wet well.
the screen features a stainless steel housing, carbon steel auger and helical gear drive.
spiralift® sr septage receiving stations
